The flexibility provided by the Toolless manufacturing process allows changes that are quick, easy, and affordable. Throughout the process we work closely with you until the product is perfect. This will ensure a proper fit and finish of every manufactured electronic plastic enclosure. 

Our on-staff engineering team will help you design and prototype a plastic casing to your specifications. Our engineers are qualified to ensure your electronic enclosures live up to very highest of standards. At our in-house manufacturing facility, we start with flat sheets of plastic and mill them on our CNC machines.

Next we incorporate precision sawing machines to help speed up our processes. This will help control our unique tongue and groove feature. The plastic is then formed by bending, and assembled by solvent bonding using a specific chemical reaction.

On top of that we have value added services such as etching, part marking, engraving and digital printing. All of these processes together create custom, near injection molded quality, plastic cases for electronics.

TUBS:

Vision tubs are used in all of our racks

HEAT:

4" belly heat is used in the rear of the racks and recessed down 3/16" of an inch so tubs to not come into contact with the tape and is ran throughout the entire rack in a ladder pattern for good even distribution. 

​

Back heat also available which is 12" width down the center of the rear wall recessed 3/16" into the wall. 

​

CONSTRUCTION:

All racks are constructed with 1/2" thick high quality PVC and all walls are solid to hold great humidity (Including the rear wall). Side walls are routed for shelving for extra strength that doesn't depend solely on screws.

VENTING:

Sub-adult and Adult racks come standard with  venting routed into each shelf for better humidity control (V35, V35S, V28, and V70),

(Hatchling racks do not implement shelf venting, this includes combination racks)
